Jr Sales/Inventory Associate

  • Assist Sales Associates and Ownership with daily duties.

  • Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Open, process and price new inventory.

  • Maintain the shop's aesthetics and ensure products are well-displayed. This includes sweeping, vacuum and dusting.

  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and ensure a delightful shopping experience.

  • Offer recommendations and upsell products to enhance the customer's experience.

What you will do

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus and/or familiarity with Square.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for sustainable living and unique gifting.

  • Enjoy organizing and keeping a tidy environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

  • Occasionally make a local floral delivery.

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
