Penflora runs a variety of workshops throughout the year. Each one is relaxed with small numbers giving you time to create and learn, all skill levels welcome. Designed to be a time to learn, visit with new and old friends and be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Workshops are popular and I am delighted that you would choose to come to Penflora. As such classes book up quickly. I am also happy to create custom workshops for you and family or friends. Below are some of the new workshops available and examples of past workshops.

Living Wreath Workshop
Learn how to make a living wreath form out of vines and branches and finish it off by tying on living bits (some which will dry and some living in a water source)! Each participant will create their own wreath to take home and enjoy throughout the Spring season.
All materials will be provided during this fun instructional workshop!
Beverages and snacks will be on hand as well.

Terrarium Workshop
Discover the beauty of terrarium making. Create an eco-friendly, low maintenance, and stylish decorative item for your home or to give as a gift.
Everyone is welcome to attend this fun workshop and create their own mini-ecosystem and enjoy some creative time. Design your terrarium with plants, moss and decorate it with dried bits, wood, and pebbles.
During this fun and relaxing class, you will learn how to choose plants appropriate for your environment as well as how to build a terrarium to make your indoor garden thrive.
Light bites and drinks included. You will leave with your creation and new skills.

Holiday Wreath Workshop
Learn how to make your basic evergreen wreath beautiful and unique! Each participant will create their own wreath to take home and enjoy throughout the holiday season.
